I went to this location two times and then found another ENT location. The first time I went, Dr. Schwartz was arrogant and not responding to my concerns. He cleaned my ears out so roughly they ached for weeks. The second time I went the receptionist looked sideways at me and asked IF I was going to pay my bill. I shared that I did not receive a bill. She kept coming back that I was sent a bill and asking if I intended to pay it like I was a deadbeat. Finally I asked her if we could look at my account. Turns out they had my street address but the wrong city. I paid my bill -she never apologized.
