Not up to standard of care
I am a health care provider myself and am disappointed the my interaction with this office. I went to see Dr. Matthew Hendrickson on my husband's recommendation. I came requesting a field test because I need to have a procedure called Oculoplasty. Dr. Matthew examined me and recommended the surgeon for the Oculopolasty. Just prior to that I had the field test done. This is something I had done previously. I asked the technician if she was going to perform the second part of the test, where they tape my lids up. This is standard protocol for a test like this. She told me this was not necessary. I took the field test and sent it to the surgeon who said that it was NOT done properly. There was a second part of the test that needed to be done, the one I'd asked about, that involved taping the lids up. I am now having to pay out of pocket for a SECOND part of the field test with the surgeon because it had NOT been done up to STANDARD OF CARE. Will file a claim of complaint with board.
