Rush Oak Park Specialty Clinic

I arrived at the address I was given early because I was not sure of where I was going. I find the address thru my GPS I Park and the door is locked sign posted says 7 am -5 pm Monday - Friday door open... well it was 7:10 am and door was still locked I knocked nothing I hit the button nothing. I have a temporary handicap Plaque because I am recovering from a hip fracture and am still in pain. So after this I got back in my truck drove around to front of Hospital and parked in huge lot handicap and had to walk up a half ramp and into hospital .I get into main entrance and tell the receptionist where I'm going and she says to go outside walk around the building I'm like I'm sorry but that door is locked and by now it's 720 ish am . Can't I get thru the hospital to get there omg that was a another 10-15 walk to the elevator down the hall up the stairs around the corner,then I finally get to where I'm supposed to be and that door is locked I was so upset It was almost my appointment time
