The Doctors are very caring and listen to your needs. They take the time to understand your situation. I left my old doctor because she never listened to what I was saying,she would go to what she seen,I found premier suburban and now all my doctors are here.

The call intake system does not work. They have un-informed call center personnel with grade school knowledge level. Their system of returning calls randomly throughout the day does not make it easy to get to them. Their lab hours are miserable for anyone with a job. I feel sorry for Obert-Hong, that he is affiliated with this poorly managed group. Lastly, the staff at the Orland Park location are perhaps the most self-centered rude group one would every see in a service industry. I hope the consolidation with Silver Cross provides the much needed support staff and structure. I was more than happy to take my business elsewhere.
