The process of testing was very organized from one step to the next. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I really liked Dr. Kalarn and was happy to have him as my physician.

The injection into the eye is not a problem, however the disinfecting agent used to prevent eye infections caused a painful reaction, perhaps best described as a chemical burn, which lasted many hours. That really should be addressed.

From the time you check in at IEC, you encounter excellence every step along the way, and from every professional you come in contact with. The staff is considerate to every patient…and to each other. In today’s anxious society, many health professionals show the stress they are under. Not so at Illinois Eye Center. It is an island of calmness and extreme capability in everything it does. IEC gets my ringing endorsement without reservation.

Dr Kalarn is the best there is for glaucoma care. I have had three procedures that he did and am very happy with the results. He is caring and professional and his staff is very knowledgeable and and accommodating

Great experience with the doctor, contact lens ordering and with optical for my glasses. I love the convenience of going between Peoria and Washington offices depending on where I am closer that day.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I had an issue with the 6-month supply of contacts I ordered. I had worn the trial pair and they were ok but didn't really hurt. When I got the full supply I tried 2 different lenses from the box to make sure, but both were extremely painful. That brand just wasn't for me.I sent a portal message about it and within 48-hrs was called by the main financial administrator. She didn't make me feel bad about anything but said she would take back even the opened boxes of contacts and credit my account at 100% for them for when I ordered new lenses. THEN, got me back in with my doctor to fix things within a week, even though she was scheduled out 2-3 months.They honestly didn't have to do any of this but they have earned my business and my referrals for sure.

All staff members are friendly but also very professional. Dr Pike always takes time to explain and answer questions. I feel as if he has no other patients waiting to see him.
