You will not get medical attention here. They don’t “care” as the name implies. It is a lie.The doctor was dismissive, did not take the time to examine before sending my son on his way. We waited 2-hours for a 2-minute chat then got the brush off. No antibiotics prescribed for sharp pain in ear (for 2 weeks,) pain radiating to his face, pain so bad he can’t eat or sleep.This type of treatment is why my son waited two weeks to seek medical attention.This doctor is in the wrong profession- he should work somewhere that does not require human interaction.We are getting a second opinion now and I will add to this after we get a real diagnosis.Oh, hi. I’m back.Our Second Opinion:He was diagnosed with right infective acute otitis media and acute otitis externa. He was prescribed antibiotic pills and drops.We wasted half a day going to Adcocate Health Care Center in Vernon Hills, IL, hoping for healthcare from Dr. Dorian Woods-Thanks for nothing, sir.
