I seriously considered not leaving a review because it will be logged in against Dr. You.. He is definitely a 5 star physician, however, the office staff is abysmal and has been since I started seeing him several years ago. I have never been treated with any degree of courtesy by the office personnel and it has deteriorated over time. So, If you don’t mind consistently being treated in a rude manner, by all means, continue seeing your physician. Today, I had enough. I walked in, stood behind the plexiglass and waited to be recognized. Recognition consisted of one word “name” – nothing else; no good morning or a simple hello. Then I was told “I need your insurance cards”. My reply was I think you already have them” however, I promptly fished them out and gave them to the office girl. She replied “they are not scanned in”. No “thanks or I don’t see them in here.” I was handed the usual stack of papers to fill out and told to “go sit down and fill those out” – not have a seat ple
