Pre-op visit
Dr. Riff coordinated with my first surgeon (Dr. Dougherty)as I sat in the first surgeon's office. He squeezed me in that same morning to discuss potential second surgery. He listened to my concerns regarding returning to work and was able to schedule my surgery for 4 days later a d get my lab work and EKG scheduled where I could go straight from his office. I've worked in Healthcare for 27 years and this was the most seemless, customer centered experience I've seen.

This was my first visit and I had a great experience. The reception staff was friendly and efficient and the doctor listened to my concerns, did a complete exam of the injury, and provided appropriate follow-up recommendations. I highly recommend Hinsdale Orthopedics for your concerns.

Dr. Ghodasra did a great job of explanations of my injury and treatment. He was very professional and was not in a rush, taking time to listen to my questions and concerns. The other staff at the Joliet office was also helpful and courteous.

I wanted a 2nd opinion about my shoulder problems. I was so satisfied with the Dr, staff, & the whole integrated package they provide, I scheduled my surgery. Dec.2020, I had a hip replaced there & was very satisfied. My experiences there were beyond my hopes & expectations.
