I would give zero stars ,but that was not optional. I called three weeks ago to get a prescription refill for my husband he has asthma really bad. I was sent to a nurses answering machine for the MDs asking for a request for a refill be sent to Kroger pharmacy. Long story short no one responded to let me know they had sent out the request. I call the pharmacy the next day and they tell me to call back the doctors office? I called today left another message that was aggravated of course I called three weeks ago??? And he still didnt have a refill then I get called back saying his prescription has been there for a week news flash lady I asked for a refill for him 3 weeks ago?? So, it should of been there the day after I called not two weeks later he does need his inhaler he has bad asthma and if he has an attack without his medication he could have a severe attack??? Thinking about going to Madison for care treatment instead smh...
