Do not waste your time
My 84 year old mother has been having almost constant UTIs & she was referred to Urology of Indiana. After many trips to urgent care, PT, taking supplements, etc. I accompanied her to see Ms. Langkabel. We took paperwork from several urgent care visits and a list of all of the antibiotics she had been on over the past year. None of these were even looked at, nor were we even allowed to present her case. Instead we were greeted with a well-memorized script about UTIs, antibiotics, normal flora, voiding principles, etc. and presented with a photocopied sheet of information. She talked so fast & used medical jargon that my mom was unable to process it or even ask questions. I stopped her a couple of times & tried to insert pertinent information but this was not even wanted or received. She recommended 2 supplements & told her to continue using urgent care as needed. This after I spent a total of 5 hours getting her there. Oh & they have to mail out samples & don?t get results for ~7 days!
