Very busy, uninterested in care and poor communicators. Will try somewhere else next time.

Took my son in for possible bronchitis. I refused COVID test because we just had COVID a month ago & I knew his symptoms werent COVID. Dr. Listened to his chest & said he sounded very bad and recommended a chest x-ray, breathing treatment, and steroids. They took us upstairs to do the X-ray after the X-ray we go back to the room and wait. The Dr. Comes back into the room and listens to him again and says he sounds so great. He sounds more opened up and a lot better since the treatment. I inform her that he hasn't had any treatment only the chest x-ray. She asks, 'he didn't have the steroid or breathing treatment yet?' I said no and as I am the other nurse walks in to give him the treatments. I refused the treatments in office and asked for a prescription at home. I stated from the beginning bronchitis concern. They do not listen to patients & just run all tests to rack in more money. Wondering if he even needed a chest x-ray since he sounded so much better by doing absolutely nothing.
