Waiting, waiting, waiting
Dr. Smith was great. I was unhappy with the fact that 1) I was called by the office the day before my appointment to change the time, okay fine, while it was last minute and inconvenient, I agreed to that. 2) I was in the waiting room 50 whole minutes in order to spend 3 minutes in the room with the provider.
