I live in Granger, IN and am not far from Grossnickle's Mishawaka office. However, I was disappointed in the level of care at the Mishawaka office so I switched to the Elkhart office. I am very happy with the care provided by Dr. Ann Madden in Elkhart. She is knowledgeable and efficient. However, the women working at the front desk at the Elkhart office are mean, unfriendly and insincere. I paid my copay using a debit card and was provided with a debit receipt. I asked for a more detailed receipt and the receptionist, in a very mean and aggravated tone, asked 'Why?!' I explained I needed it for my medical reimbursement account. Again, in an aggravated tone, she replied that she could only give me a 'generic' receipt. I've always been able to get a receipt with my name on it before so I don't know why she was so mad about it today. She sits on the left side as you enter the office so beware. I would give my review 5 stars if I were only reviewing Dr. Madden because she's excellent but h

The person registering my visit was quick, professional and very polite. lLittle yo no wait time to be seen for testing. Sofia, technician was knowledgeable, and made me comfortable while completing my screening. Dr. Madden, was excellent in explaining information about my diagnosis. (I was recommended by another ophthalmologist to see her.) Debbie, lead office person answered many questions prior to and after my visit. She is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her job. This is a very dedicated team that shows skill and passion for their jobs. Excellent customer service by all! Thank you!
