APCC or PMCA, whatever they call themselves now are the worst organization I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Their phone system makes it impossible to speak to an actual person, messages do not get delivered to providers unless they 'feel' it is important. They chased off some of the best talent they had, after 'absorbing' their patients, utter incompetence at the management level. Sanapati and Schroeder are great guys, too bad you have to deal with PMCA to see them. After 5 years, I am glad to be rid of them.
