Appalled parent
We took my son in for a right side surgery. The left side was operates on first followed by the right side. I was informed of things post surgery only. The left side did not need surgery. The right side was well marked and the left side was not. At no time did the hospital follow up with us or talk to us. They were happy to bill us and finally correct the bill for the right side only. I will not take my family to them. As someone who deals with the Department of Veteran Affairs. I am totally disgusted by this hospital. I would expect far better.
