Horrible outcome
My girlfriend had an abscess in one of her teeth and I was lucky to get her in on the same day. When she was seen the dentist said that the tooth wasn't abscessed and didn't warrant antibiotics. They said it would be over $400 for a single extraction, and that's with insurance! They then said that they didn't do procedures after 2pm and that she would have to come back to have it removed. They did absolutely nothing for the pain she was having. I called and got her into Edgewood Family Dentistry the next morning and they removed the abscessed tooth, prescribed antibiotics because the infection was so bad and only charged $65 instead of the $400 that Urgent Dental Center was trying to charge. I don't see how they can call themselves urgent dental when they can't even do a simple extraction after 2pm. Needless to say we will never be going back there no matter the situation. She is now recovering from the infection that the dentist at Urgent Dental said she didn't have.
