I received a comprehensive exam and felt questions were answered without rushing through. Desk staff as well as analytical staff were courteous. Dr. Saks was incredible as always. Appointments seemed to be spaced efficiently, avoiding wasted time.

The surgery went great. Paid the extra $2400 per eye for new lenses so I would only need glasses for reading. I thought the surgery was a miracle and my vision has never been better. Unfortunately after 3 weeks got a prescription for reading glasses that were so strong they made my eyeballs hurt and my vision seemed to falter. Made an appointment and he said a film had developed under my new lens and he could remove it with laser also wrote me a new prescription for glasses. The second prescription was much better, however I have now paid for lenses in glasses twice out of my pocket in in six months. I am still having a problem and I feel like there are black spots floating around in my left eye. Was suppose to have an appointment today but received a voice message that they have cancelled my appointment because it was as needed. Now if I did not need the appointment, I would have taken the liberty to cancel on my own. When I called to complain, I felt like I got attitude!!
