Munster Distinctive Dentistry

I would not recommend this practice to anyone for a pediatric exam (<5yo). My 2 year old son had his very first exam today and it was a NOTHING like a toddlers first dental experience should be. We have been talking about it, reading books about it, & he was very excited. The hygienist did not engage with him, teach him about how to brush his teeth or why it's important, show him his teeth in a mirror, or make it a fun or enjoyable experience in any way. Instead she was pushy, short, and made us feel forced into doing things we weren't comfortable with. I was clear when I made the appointment, when I checked in, and in the room that this was his FIRST dental experience and I wanted it to be a fun meet & greet type exam. We could come for a cleaning another time. Instead she insisted we do x-rays and the full cleaning, including holding my son down to use instruments (HES 26 MONTHS OLD). We then waited 20 minutes for the doctor, a terrible awful experience. Do NOT bring young kids here.
