I moved here and this was the first place that popped up to get my kids into. BOY was I wrong. The last 2 checkups my girls had they charged me a copay for. I called and asked about it with my older one and we were told 'you asked a question that was outside the check up exam'. My husband stated he answered a question the Dr. Asked about her previous issues she was seen for..... I fought and fought and they wouldn't change it. THEN my youngest had a check up, they AGAIN charged me a copay!!! Mind you routine check ups are covered 100% by insurance UNLESS CODED WRONG!! this time I called the insurance company first who told me they claimed an 'extensive' hearing exam. My husband said they did th hearing and eye tests and never once mentioned anything with her hearing being an issue. So AGAIN I contacted the office and after a month, calling EVERY OTHER DAY, no response, no fixing this bill and no communication whatsoever!!! THIS IS FRAUD!! and I know a lot of Medicaid goes here.
