What stood out is how in a tiny room they have their sign up 6,7 times. Saying on family member per patient and must wear a mask. I do exactly that & the manager comes out and ask me can I go take a walk or get a cup of coffee or something. I'm following all rules, quiet as a mouse. And ask me if I can go somewhere. It was raining , so no I wasn't gonna go for a walk. The fact that they make you have a person with you or they won't do surgery. Then you follow all their rules that they so aggressively put everywhere & then ask you to leave while your loved one is in the back having surgery. Then I look up Google review and this same Manger has complaints on her. So this must be acceptable. I'm waiting to see if the MD contacts me back or I am contacting the state. Makes me really wonder what is happening back there to the patient while they are put under that they go out of there way to get you to leave. There were only 2 people in the waiting room & I was the one wearing the mask

I will recommend Dr.Wang and the whole staff to family and friends. They were very helpful in making me feel comfortable and explaining the procedures in detail.
