This office does not offer a patient portal or use of My Chart. Accessing your medical records or getting through to a medical professional, let alone getting an appointment, is very difficult. It’s surprising the lack of patient access and I’d recommend finding another office for this reason alone. Their office hours are challenging (M, Tues, Th 8-4:30 and W, Fri 8-1:30) and there is no way to leave a voicemail if you call when the office is closed. And since there is no portal you can’t message them to ask a follow up question either.Trying to help my relative get the records he needed took multiple phone calls, two fax attempts, and more phone calls. Beyond that, once I did reach a human my questions were answered with impatience (when I asked her to spell a condition) and irritability. As if dealing with GI issues weren’t already unpleasant enough. Yeesh.

I was setup for a test over 2 months in advice, called every wk from wk 5 thru wk 8 to determine approval status, brittany would not call me back, so I called the INS to find out status; they said nobody contacted them. I was forced to cancel the test due to 48hr penalty, then brittany called for the first time after it's too late. So I had to get the test setup all over again. I also had an appt that was changed w/o working with me, causing a conflict with other commitments, so I had no choice but to cancel the appt. They still texted me appt reminders, so I went to their office hoping they went back to the agreed time. Nope. Wasted trip. They forgot to stop texting me. Worst part, they never got the test results, and when notified of this fact, made no effort to get them, thus making that office visit useless.
