The opportunity to see a dermatologist on my first visit was encouraging but my hope for help, quickly diminished by the brief encounter with the Dr. (NP-C) Patterson. He barely examed me. Their office procedures and follow up care left much to be desired. I could not get my biopsy results until my next visit. I am still unsure of the results. They don't want to give you a print out of any of your visit notes, diagnosis, etc. The front desk lady at the Vincennes office was unfriendly and basically rude. My visit had to be rescheduled, by THEM changing their Vincennes office hours. Little did I know, the remaining $40 balance I was billed, would incur a $25 late fee. I paid the $40 balance, disputed the late fee and requested a medication refill. BOTH were a waste of my time. I got another bill of $25 which I paid with objection. I have rarely given a negative review however, unsuspecting patients need to be aware of possibly being given the lack of overall care.
