5 stars isn't enough! Best experience I've had in 40 years with any dental related practitioner (Dr Kong and all of his staff). He and his staff have proven to be the most caring, professional, knowledgeable and forthright with my specific issues, patiently explaining options/outcomes for me to make informed decisions. I can't write enough good things.

For my first root canal I read all the reviews about Dr. Kong and his office. They were all so positive I decided to have it done. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with everyone I came in contact with, from receptionist to dental assistant, Dr. Kong, and the person at payment desk! Dr. Kong and his assistant, Abbey, explained everything thoroughly and their expertise was evident. It was a totally pain free experience. I would give them more than 5 stars!

Didn't hurt! I have never had a root canal before, and I didn't know what to expect. First, I was worried about the financial cost: the staff at University Park Endodontics walked me through the cost with my insurance before I finalized the appointment. So then, I knew what to expect, & had the cost set aside in preparation. I came to a very clean, well maintained, technologically savvy office. After signing in, I was greeted by Michelle, my Dental Assistant. She was very professional and put me at ease. Dr. Kong helped my understand exactly what the diagnostic criteria were and gave me treatment options. I liked having the diagnostic testing explained to me, instead of being a big unknown about what he was actually treating. I'm also a medical professional, so knowing some details and being shown the x-rays comforted me. I got 2 shots of anesthetic, which we all know pinch and burn a little bit.
