Compassionate Family Care

Had been going to Dr Laura Ray even before she opened her own practice. After two months of calling and leaving voicemails I finally drove to the location to try and book an appointment. Apparently she no longer has time to see me. 10+ years and I could not even get a call back or email saying they would no longer be scheduling appointments. I have never been so disappointed in a healthcare provider and how this was handled.

No visits! They are not returning calls!

My previous review was taken down, not sure why when I was being honest. I had been a patient here for a few years. I had reached out to them on the 6th of June, didn’t receive a response until the 14th stating that I would need to find a new PCP as their APRN was no longer at their office. I responded and asked if the Dr I was seeing was still there and they have not responded as of today. I tried to contact the office they suggested to see the APRN and they are not taking new patients unless you are already seeing one of their providers. This has put me in a bind and forced to go to urgent care for a current illness until I find a new primary care provider. This whole situation could have been avoided if there was some communication on their end. Let me say the response I did receive on the 14th was from someone I had never spoken with before and said that he could send my records over by sending me a records release and to just let him know. Again, no response. Communication is key!
