Be careful, this clinic will CHEAT you on you billing! second time they coded wrong. First time it took 6 months for them to realize my daughter did not see a specialist, just a nurse practitioner who tried to charge her for a specialist fee. finally got that resolved. Now she went in and asked for a physical, which my insurance pays for 100% no co pay, they charged her 40.00 copay at time of visit. my daughter not knowing this paid. I called the clinic and spoke to the receptionist, who verified that she scheduled a physical, then I spoke to the office manager Misty, who stated it was a work physical, and they consider each physical a different type, such as work/school/personal. I verified with insurance there was no such thing as different physicals. Then I tried to call the billing office for 2 weeks, multiple times a day, and Brittany never answers or returns calls, I then called main hospital who sent me to the billing supervisor, who was extremely rude, she said they sent it
