From check in to check out, from the technician who prepares you for the doctor’s visit, to the doctors themselves, everyone is friendly and thoroughly professional. I have been a patient of this practice for twenty years or so and have seen four of the physicians there for different vision needs. As a career health care professional myself, I highly recommend this practice.

I was told by the doctor in November that my eye lids would qualify for a lift but I would have to have measurements done before it could be fixed and that would take time. I waited on seeing the specialist until the end of February and was told the same thing. Went to make the appointment and was told it would not happen until JULY! Then it would be another month before surgery after that if approved. That is almost a year long wait from beginning to end. It's not life threatening by any means but it seems like a lengthy wait.

The customer service . The honesty and politeness of staff. The remberance of who you are!. Smiles, laughs, hugs.. Genuine concern. The updates that you get. Finding out what you need. Alternatives that are available etc..

Great doctors and staff.

Diane is a mean and combative person that when I was trying to explain during our call that I had not received a single bill nor a single phone call from the practice regarding a balance that was owed and I was calling to make the full payment and she begins to go off on me, screaming that I am threatening her simply because I am telling her that I did not Bills and that we have had a constant issue with Mail being delivered to the house on the next street with the same address, and instead of being street, it’s Terrace and she had no desire of listening to that, and decided to yell and scream that I was threatening her which was never the case. I never even raised my voice, ANDREW the practice manager, refuses to have her issue a apology to me, and would rather lose a patient to the practice then to have a simple apology issued, it’s extremely sad to see this is the way the practice has ran and I highly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye doctor

We owe so much to these great doctors. They have worked with us for 23 years and have tirelessly worked to save my husband’s one functioning eye! Can’t thank Dr. Bodker, Dr. Ketcherside and especially Dr. Biggerstaff for their concern, constant surveillance and availability for any questions or worries. They are awesome! The rest of the staff as well are always cheerful and personable. Thank you, thank you?

I've never been to an eye specialist before so I didn't know what to expect. The battery of tests they ran me through was incredible. They weren't going to miss ANYTHING.The wait for my doctor was a bit longer than I'd have liked but the average age of the patients in the office had to be well over 80. Things just don't move as fast.I couldn't say 1 bad thing about the 2 techs I worked with. Friendly, good senses of humor, thorough, efficient. I'd recommend KC Eye Clinic to anyone. Well, anyone I liked ;)

Everyone is so nice and efficient. I haven't met anyone who didn't smile. I trust them completely with my eye care. I've had cataract surgery with them and many eye exams. I would recommend them for all of your eye care.

The moment (as always) I walked in, the front desk reps were super nice and friendly. My triage nurse took me back and also amazing. Lastly, Dr Nichols made my visit less stressful being that he is always professional, transparent, and keeps me a happy patient. I’ve been going to him for probably 20 years. I’d highly recommend!

My mother and I have seen a couple of different doctors here and have really liked them all. Dr Bircher is who we normally see but have seen others for special purposes.

Dr. Ohly is one of those rare specialists who take the time with each patient to conduct a very personalized evaluation and solutions. He’s very personable, detailed, encouraging and professional as well as his staff. A solid 10/10 rating from me!
