The rudest person ever
I have a had a wonderful experience with the Dr and her Nurse Practitioner. I needed to ask a few questions and requested a follow up appointment with the doctor. I was told no. The doctor only talks to patients for surgery. They said I would have an appointment with the nurse practioner. I requested a different nurse or doctor because the nurse practitioner continues to tell me I don't have UTIs even though she has never seen any of my labs. THE WOMAN NAMED W___itn___y who called me back is the meanest, rudest human: Talked over me accused me, blamed me. Oh AND hung up on me though I asked for help and didn't use ANY foul language. She is an ugly human inside. I don't know what to do now because I need this service and they have treated me like I am awful for asking to talk to my doctor.
