Had an online appointment. Filled out the forms. Was called before the appointment that they required my id car and insurance card. My appointment was at 11:45. I was on the phone at 11:43. I have screenshots of the time and date of phone call and messages sent. I emailed these documents while on phone. Couldn't sign in. Called at 11:46. Was told my insurance didn't match form. Wasn't told why. Made another appointment. But left a review to explain my situation. Received a retaliatory text. That basically said appointment was cancelled and the practice wouldn't accept me because I left a bad review. With no one trying to communicate or give me a reason to change my review. They also said they had complimentary given me a make up appointment. But because I left a negative review. They cancelled appointment and then sent me an invoice. Predatory and unprofessional.
