Poor service to our nations veterans
Don’t get me wrong the dentist was excellent but the people who do their billing don’t care about veterans I went and seen them. They extracted a route and then a bone graft and was supposed to put an implant in in a few months. The administrator never put in to the VA for the billing so after a year and now the VA closed out my case not because of the VA this time but of poor customer service them not doing their job and not caring about veterans!

Well worth the trip !
I am so glad I made the decision to make a trip from Nashville to Bowling Green and allow Dr. Tommy Birkenhauer and this great group of people to provide my dental care! I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone and I appreciate their great patient care!
