I had a bladder infection and was prescribed cipro. After reading the pamphlet for it, I returned to the doctor I saw, and asked was there anything else I could take due to my anxiety issues when it comes to new meds. I was told that cipro was the only thing that would work and that there were no major side effects to worry about. After taking the medication, I have dealt with some of the worst side effects of cipro and found out that cipro shouldn't be taken by people with anxiety. I specifically told her I had anxiety and had been seen by doctors there for it, and she dismissed me, which has lead to horrible anxiety issues for months afterwards. Half of the doctors there are untrustworthy and don't listen to the patients.
