First of all, very good doctors. But when you depend on office staff to call in prescriptions your office is only as good as your staff. I guess it takes a couple times for me to learn. This time I had eye surgery by Dr. Ansari on Thursday and was to use antibiotic drops three times a day. They weren't called in so called back on Friday and was assured one of the techs said she would call it in. I voiced my concerns that this was second time for this and was very concerning. I guess that didn't go over well cause it still wasn't called in and being the weekend if I'm lucky to not need them by Monday I've probably dodged the bullet for a infection.
