I had a really great first experience at this office. The front desk staff was super nice and made checking in easy. The office felt clean and welcoming, which helped me feel more comfortable. The doctor and nurse were both friendly and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt like they genuinely cared and gave me helpful skin care advice and already prescribed something for my acne. Overall, I left feeling really positive about the whole experience. Definitely recommend!

For two years I pointed out a spot of concern to Krista and without ordering any tests she told me it was a cyst and purely a cosmetic issue. I began to doubt this opinion and insisted on a surgical consult, where my “cyst” was diagnosed as basal cell carcinoma. Had I not advocated for myself, there’s no telling how long this skin cancer would have been left to grow. I never received any acknowledgment or apology from anyone at the practice for the missed diagnosis until I left a negative Google review and the office manager called to try to pay me to remove it. My experience with this practice is that they are dangerously incompetent, uncaring and unethical.
