I’ve been a patient there for over twenty years, having seen Doctors Brown and Cox. Both of them are excellent physicians and have wonderful, likable personalities. The office staff is very efficient and friendly.

For 3 years I've had bad experiences with Louisville Gastroenterology Associates, and today was the last straw. 3 months ago they scheduled me for two breath tests and said that I would get a colonoscopy if those tests returned negative. Those tests were negative 2 months ago, and since then I've left 5 voicemails (after getting shuffled through their system) asking about scheduling my colonoscopy or what the next steps were. Only 1 of those voicemails was returned - 3 days ago - and they said they wanted to just see me today (at a regular 3 month check-in), so I show up today, and my doctor is not even there. They rescheduled my appointment to next week without telling me! In the last 3 years they have not been able to tell me what is wrong - no actual diagnosis. I'm sure there are good doctors here, but the experience is awful - go somewhere else if you can.
