Dishonest Billing

I was told by a receptionist that my appointment for an annual skincare screening would be covered as preventable care, only to be told after the fact that this location does not provide preventable care. The office manager was condescending and dismissive when I called to ask about the way the appointment was billed. The doctors I've seen were nice enough, but based on some of the reviews I'd say being lied to about insurance coverage is a pretty common issue with this practice.
