I purchased 2 pairs of glasses. A tech didn't fit either pair properly during my initial visit. One pair had some type of blue substance under the lens. Both pairs had to be brought back to be fitted correctly. The blue substance was removed on the one pair by taking the lens out of the frame. The other pair's ear pieces were originally uneven so these had to be adjusted but the frame was bent to where one side was uneven. The tech said she didn't see the problem and that she asked the doctor and he said he didn't see an issue. She said that if I wanted them to be perfect she would have to order another frame. I don't expect them to be bent. In addition a few months earlier they gave my son the wrong contacts. He started to complain that he couldn't see correctly so we checked his prescription and that is when WE identified the problem. As I was writing this review I thought maybe I should check on the contacts that were given to me as samples vs my prescription. They also don’t match
