After repeated calls n basically calls for help, because my medication STILL hasn't been called into the pharmacy, I just get ''uhh, no changes'' and hung up on. Why don't Dr Offices, like everyone else, care anymore

I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment to get clearance for a desperately needed surgery. I need a left knee replacement. I saw Carrie. A provider I've never seen before even though I've been a patient here for many years. She did her exam (listening to my lungs, heart, etc.). She had 2 EKGs done on me while I was there. Everything was good. I should have gotten clearance but she said she just wasn't comfortable approving me. She wants me to see a cardiologist for my high blood pressure and a Pulmonary Specialist for MY COPD! It's untelling how long these referrals will take. She has single handedly pushed my surgery back months. I spoke to another doctor I see there and she said Carrie had all she needed to approve me. She said she got scared that something would happen and come back on her. Why me? I'm so depressed. I'm in chronic pain in both knees. They are doing my right after my left is done. Chronic pain changes a person. I can barely walk. I'm miserable.

I love family health care clinic of Richmond. They have went above and beyond to help me. I have Covid Long Haulers Syndrome and they were the initial doctors that helped me find an amazing team of doctors to treat my numerous health conditions. They are so nice and caring there. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
