My husband had a CT scan 2 weeks ago. Called last week for results. They said they hadn't received them. I asked them to call the place we did it. She agreed with the promise with a return call. Waited the entire week. Called this morning and they said they still don't have it. I was upset stating that I had been through this same conversation a week ago and we need the results. We have been worried sick. The receptionist wouldn't allow me to finish what I was saying she talked over me the entire time while I was trying to tell her my issues. I asked to speak to the office manager and she says they have it. But the provider needs to read it before they can tell us. Understandable. But, why not? WHY wasn't it already 'read'. I'm sure if it were there husband's they'd be on it though. I was very gracious waiting a week. These people are RUDE, NO COMPASSION or empathy, and Do not want to do what it takes to get their patients answers. Even after you've asked multiple times.
