Initial appointment was on 11/14/23.I was called back twice to have my frames remeasured; the first time was approximately 2 days later, and the second time was approximately 2 weeks later.I called the clinic around mid-December and again at the end of December to see if my lenses were ready, and was told that they were still at the lab.I called again at the end of January (1/29), and was told that my lenses were ready. I asked how long ago they were received, and I was told that they were received at the beginning of January.I went to the clinic the same day to have my new lenses installed in my frames.I advised the technician that the prescription did not feel right, and that the new lenses caused pain in my left eye. The technician told me that I'd need to wear my glasses for 2 weeks to give my eyes time to adjust.Glasses still cause discomfort in my left eye.I called this morning (2/16) to make another appt. Had to leave message.2 1/2 hours later, still waiting.
