Waaaaayyyyy too many reminders about confirming appointments and checking in. Recommend Dr. Kadair as GP, Dr. V. as psychiatrist, and Audiology appt. Lab work is available on first floor. As with all medical environments, be patient and kind to the staff who are trying to check you in.

I met with Shirley Griffey was very impressed by her. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She went over my medications with me and made changes that I am comfortable with. She was able to guide me through the questionnaire and we made decisions about the future therapy. She’s a great person and NP.

I have regular visits with multiple providers at BRC and the things I like most besides the knowledge physicians is the convenient locations and the easy access they provide. Once you enter the building, it’s only a short walk unlike other places where you have a long walk once you enter to get to appointment desk. I also LOVE that you seldom have to wait more than 15 minutes past your appointment time.

My first visit with an internist was less than stellar but only because my insurance wasn’t listed in my chart and their uninsured protocol was very different from what I was told. Fortunately the lady who checked me out realized why I wasn’t sent to my second appointment and she immediately scheduled me for the following week. MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS IN YOUR CHART. I went back yesterday and met with a provider who listened carefully, asked pertinent questions, was engaged in my plan and goals and provided a solution and a backup plan if the first didn’t work out. He was thoughtful and conscientious and I left feeling so much better than I had felt the week prior. My experience with reception/appointment scheduling at other clinics has not been fantastic but from scheduling to check-in to check-out was great. I didn’t have to divulge every detail of why I wanted an appointment in order to be scheduled and I was able to get in relatively quickly for a new patient.
