COMPLAINT: I just wanted to say whomever made the decision to get rid of the lady that assists VERY ill patients at the door obviously has not been extremely ill & in need of assistance. Her services were invaluable. I have heard multiple patients asking about it also today as we came for an infusion. Her assistance helping get patient in & out if vehicle by providing a wheelchair & transport so you can actually park & not leave sick person unattended cannot be measured in dollars & cents. Besides the fact that she provides the wheelchair & help, she was always a smiling face on some people's worst days ( family & patient). She also provides valuable information about services like the nutritionist, psychologist, social worker that no one else had the time to do. You've taken away one of your best assets to this cancer center. Seriously re-think this for the people who CHOOSE to come here - we may just choose somewhere else that CARES more.
