Dequincy Medical Clinic

The office manager is very unprofessional and rude. I was referred to Allegiance Medical of Dequincy through the VA. After I was seen, I received a bill. I called to inform them that the VA was responsible for payment. The person I spoke with stated she would contact their billing department and get back to me. I was contacted and told I was billed because my insurance wasn’t accepting new doctors. Again, I informed them that this was a VA referral, and they called me after they received the referral to set up the initial appointment, so this was incorrect. I contacted Community Care, which does the referrals and payments for VA referrals, and was told that the visit was approved for payment. A representative from Community Care contacted Allegiance Medical of Dequincy and informed them of this also. I tried several times to contact the office manager who does the billing. She would not return phone calls or messages. When I did get to speak with her, she informed me that they do not t
