Front office staff
I don’t normally leave reviews but I believe this needs to be addressed at this office. I have been a patient here for many years. I started when it was Dr Hollimon at his old location by Cate Street Park. I now see Dr Pradillo and I absolutely love him. My issue is with the front office staff. Unfriendly is an understatement. One in particular never smiles and acts like she hates her job. The office staff can make or break a doctors office. Others in my family have also had issues with the staff. My suggestion would be to try to smile and treat patients a little nicer. A little kindness and respect goes a long way.
