Terrible experience. Paid out of pocket over $200 and waited almost an hour and a half to see the dr to discuss a specific surgery they have listed on their website only to be told they do not perform the surgery. When speaking to them leading up to the appointment and during intake I said multiple times I only booked the appointment as a consult for a specific surgery, and not once did they mention they don’t perform the surgery. At the end of it the dr came to the front and said I should be at least partially refunded since I had to pay for a full new patient exam that I didn’t need and came for something specific that they don’t do but is included in their website, and they offered a whole $30 refund. Absolutely, 100%, do not recommend.
