Sleep Disorder Center Louisiana

I went to the center because I was having trouble staying awake while driving. Found out I was not sleeping as much as I thought and got a CPAP machine. The ladies up front were really nice, and the place was very comfortable. Now I have a lot more energy and feel a lot better. I would absolutely recommend going here if you are having trouble sleeping.

Dr. Conner is wonderful, however, every other aspect of their services was horrible! I needed to have a sleep study done at their office. I arrived at the time and date scheduled, to be sent home at 8:45 at night because they "didn't have my appt down". For anyone that has a sleep study done, it takes alot of courage to build yourself up, only to be turned away. I finally was able to have it done, many weeks later and I am still waiting on my CPAP machine-3 months later. I have called repeatedly, with no return calls. When I do speak to someone, it is different excuses such as "it was ordered, we are just waiting", "it wasn't shipped yet", "it was shipped we are waiting on your insurance", "we have your insurance, we have to run it again" etc. It has been a nightmare, meanwhile I am still unable to breath sufficiently at night. Please find another place- even if it means going out of Lake Charles.
