Dr. Tripp is phenomenal. He and Darlene made sure to explain what insurance does and does not cover and created a treatment plan accordingly. Dr. Tripp respects individual pain threshold and makes sure I’m comfortable because not all patients are equal in their ability to handle the numbing needle and for me it’s more scary than the extraction. His staff gives me options to make sure I’m comfortable and the procedure is as painless as possible.

Dr. Tripp is the best dentist I have ever encountered! He listens to the patients needs, assess the issues and offer a wonder treatment solution. He is compassionate and empathetic! The Staff is also knowledgeable, professional and make the patients feel special and comfortable! I love everything about Seven O'clock Dental!! Always wonderful care and service!

Would not recommend this dentist. When I first came in for my appointment I was given a treatment plan and told that medicaid would cover the cost two cavities and scheduled a follow up for me to have them done. However, after I was done with my follow up appointment they told me that medicaid would only cover one, unlike the two I was originally told, and they had actually only filled one cavity, not the two I was originally told would be filled. They also tole me after my follow up appointment that I had an additional cavity that I wasn't told about prior. When I asked for the original treatment plan which listed all of the cavities I had, I was told that the original had been deleted because the cavity had been filled, even though you are required to keep all medical record for six years in the state of Louisiana. Dr. Tripp also told me that he prefers patients who pay out of pocket and would prefer not to take patients like me.

Everyone is polite and friendly. The place looks clean and orderly. The dentist seems knowledgeable and proficient……BUT he started working before giving the local anesthetic time to take effect! Hence four stars

Went in for X-rays and consultation on wisdom teeth. Calm and friendly atmosphere. Exceptional service delivery with top-of-the-line equipment and procedures.

I had a very good first visit with 7 o’clock Dental, receiving a check-up exam, x-rays and a cleaning. The front desk staff were very professional, courteous and responsive. Dr. Tripp and the dental assistant were very attentive to my requests, questions and concerns. Both took great care in ensuring that my teeth were thoroughly cleaned, yet with a gentle touch. I appreciated having the option of using the massager on the dental chair and I especially like that they offer a fluoride-free polish option. 7 o’clock Dental also took time to help me identify areas where I need to give more attention and better care. And they were also flexible and understanding of my request to wait on certain treatments.

I’m so impressed with the quality of care I get at Dr. Tripps ofdice. They are super professional and very nice. I do not have complicated issues - only cleaning and check up every 6 months - but would trust Dr Tripp to either deal with my dental problems or refer appropriately. Vey satisfied.

Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable staff. This place is really upgraded and clean. The dental assistants and the doctor made this uncomfortable experience very pleasant. I would recommend this practice for all of your dental needs. I was very surprised as a first time patient how quick I was taken into the back and the process was started. My first time here. A bit hard to find. It’s tucked in the back of a strip mall. They accepted my insurance. Okay, so here is the 5 star report. I had an emergency and they got me in the same day as a new patient. The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. Dr. Tripp was very prompt and thorough. He knew exactly what I was worried about without me saying it. It was like he read my mind. He took very good care of me. And the office is very clean. ??
