The main office is for appointment's already made, however they can always try to make room in HFC for you if you call. The First Care Shreveport is for walk in same day visit's. They have their own laboratory and x-ray in clinic. There are three physicians there now and they run off 2 halls. They do try to separate sick patient's from well patient's by asking them to enter on one side of the building. Which I feel is good patient care. This clinic has always been about treating their patient's as family and going the extra step to provide the best care. Over the years there has been some staffing changes, however if you stick it out with them, they will go above and beyond you make the best of your care and any complaints you might have.
