With EACH visit and - or procedure, I have walked out knowing I got the BEST care. From the phone calls, to appointment scheduling, walking in the facilities, to the Financial Officer who tries to help with costs, the assistants, the staff, and Dr. Lusk, I'm empowered, I know they care about my eye health and go that extra mile to make sure I understand everything, they answer ALL questions. I drive over 100 miles one-way for my appointments and procedures. It is worth every penny and mile! Team Lusk is helping me to maintain and appreciate any improvement with my vision. Everyone treats you as if you are the ONLY patient they have for that day. When they are backed up, they offer apologies and still give you their undivided attention. For the surgeries I had, discomfort is NOT an option. Their concern before, during, and after, blessed me tremendously. Honesty is key, and I trust the Team. I am assured I am getting the BEST care possible and I am truly thankful!!!

The wait is poor.. I was there over 2 1/2 hours. I saw Bryan. He was rude & did not want me to waste his time. I canceled my next appointment.
