During my visit on August 16, 2021 I was informed that my long time dr. Ring retiring. My question what I can do to stay patient of Charlton facility was unanswered. For two month management didn't do anything to help . I'm 96 years old, traveling far is hard, and management "suggested" :"Find another doctor." What a "bright idea", that's exactly what I trying to do. According to their website ,as of October 29(!!!) ,2021nurse practitioner WELCOMING NEW PATIENTS, but I was informed that she is not WELCOMING NEW PATIENTS. After 20+++ years of being patient of this Healthcare outfit I left with :" No can do. Find someone else."
