Synergy Private Health

I've been a patient of Synergy Private Health for about 2 years. Recently, I was told that they are changing their model and focusing more on longevity and that I would need to find alternative care. However, my best friend just joined the practice and the details the practice shared contradicted what I was told.

I have a number of common, overlapping, autoimmune issues. I was willing to pay 10k for a concierge doctor to help me streamline and optimize my health. Today I had a “meet and greet” with Dr. Caroline Birks. What I assumed would be a sales pitch about the benefits of individualized medical care turned into one of the worst appointments I have ever experienced. With a four minute understanding of my health concerns Dr. Birks declared that there was nothing that could be done to help me feel better. Not only did she feel ill-equipped to treat me she declared that I had tried everything and there were no other doctors or specialists that would help me. She told me that my best option was to take multiple anti-depressants and find a new therapist. I would not see this doctor again under any circumstances.
