I had an implant done here and I would never go back. The implant turned out beautifully, but shortly after crown placement I ended up with an abcess. I returned several times to this practice because the crown didn't feel right. Dr. Chua had left cotton (from what I understand a common, but flawed practice) in the implant core. I returned and Dr. Dowd did a surgery to clean up the implant while cutting my gum and suturing it afterward. He never added a bone graft when doing this procedure. Then I returned again because now the gum looks bruised and the gum tissue has shrunk back leaving bacteria to get underneath the gum and it looks awful to smile. I returned this time to Dr. Morgan who was rude, denied cotton was left in between the implant core and crown and proceeded to take periodental floss and pullit up underneath the crown causing a lot of bleeding. Not only am I on blood thinners, but I have a mechanical heart valve and have had a blood infection. Beware of this practice!!
